Testimonials

What truly makes us unique is our people: our residents, their families and our staff. Below are written accounts from some of our own who help to make Coulterville a wonderful place to live.

“I received excellent care at Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. If it wasn’t for the care of everyone there, I would have never been able to return home and be able to drive again. I thank God everyday that Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center accepted me as a resident.”
Scott Nehring

“My mother, Mildred Burris, has been at Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center for almost five years. She is content staying there. There are enough activities to keep her busy. The staff is always willing to care for her needs. Her care givers are very good to her. She is able to go to family activities and to church whenever she wants.”
Janet Horner, daughter of resident Mildred “Mic” Burris

“My mom, Beryl Lynch, has been a resident at Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center for nearly three years. My siblings and I are very pleased and satisfied with the care she has received. They have always shown love and concern for her. My mom is very comfortable and content there. She acknowledges the staff as her extended family. They all call her by name when they see her and give her warm loving hugs. They are eager to address any concerns we may have resolving issues as they arise. We would all agree that the best place for our loved ones would be in their own homes, but when this is not possible Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center is the second best home. A home is where loved ones are continually cared for in a caring, safe and clean environment.”
Sandy Phillips, daughter of resident, Beryl Lynch

“My mother, Pauline Welty, needed some help building her strength and with pain management she was able to receive outpatient therapy services at Coulterville Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and get back on her feet. It was reassuring to know that she was again safe in her own home and was not having to deal with unnecessary pain. She still likes to come and visit the friends she made while receiving outpatient therapy.”
Vanda Welty, C.N.A. of Coulterville Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center and daughter of Pauline Welty

“My family and I are pleased with the care I am receiving. The nurses and everyone are very caring. Everything is kept very clean and odor free.”
Norma Sauerwein, resident and Carolyn Park, resident’s daughter
